The Game of Work
We are all playing the game of work
Resources are limited
As there are more players in the game, resources decrease
As resources decrease the character of the players change
We know where the game starts but we don’t know how far the players will take it
What if all our work is all an elaborate game?
What if in our society we push this gaming strategy at work to the extreme?
What if we are not playing the game at work, but the game of work is playing us?
