We talk about empowering women in labor but still, we live in a world that is mostly led by men.
Our modern world of labor is based on characteristics of a patriarchal society.
What would the world of labor could be for women, if it was developed in a different society structure, one that is based on women's nature?
Could our society apply these models in a changing work world?
Are we expecting the birth of new women in the new world of work?
Are we in labors for an upcoming change?
What should we adopt to reach our vision?
